What can I expect at my appointments?

Your First Appointment

45 Minutes

When you walk in the door, you will be greeted by one of our friendly Chiropractic Assistants (CA’s) and welcomed to our clinic. Our clinic is a warm, supportive and professional environment. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment, so that you can complete your patient details form and have an opportunity to read through a consent of Chiropractic treatment form before your consultation begins. At this first consultation, your Chiropractor will chat with you about what you have been experiencing and what your goals are, and examine how your spine and nervous system are functioning. Your Chiropractor will determine which techniques best suit your individual needs.

Your Second (Report of Findings) Appointment

15 minutes

At your follow up visit, your Chiropractor will go through what was discovered in the initial examination and assess how well you responded to treatment. This report of findings visit is where your Chiropractor can explain what they have found with your spine, nervous system, mechanical function and overall health, and together you can discuss what they have determined is the best way forward for your Chiropractic care. 

Chiropractic Adjustment Appointments

15 minutes

Subsequent appointments may be required for continued treatment and management of musculoskeletal function, and to support your general health and wellbeing.

In these standard adjustment appointments, our Chiropractors will continue to provide patient-centred care, working with you in shared decision making and focussing on your needs and preferences as a patient.
